Graduate schools of the Université Paris-Saclay

Université Paris-Saclay : Training and research within 17 thematic Graduate Schools

The Université Paris-Saclay Graduate Schools cover three large sectors: sciences and engineering, life sciences and health, human and social sciences. These coordinated groups of master's degrees, training and research programs and doctoral schools bring together teams whose activities are organized around a well-defined field, discipline or mission. Their objective is to make degrees, graduates and research activities visible on the national and international levels and to develop synergies and mutualization amongst the actors in the area.

Graduate School « Biosphera »

With 40 master's programs, 4 Doctoral Schools, 29 laboratories, 100 research teams and a large number of shared technological facilities, Biosphera intends on responding to the major challenges for the future of the biosphere and society. Its topics figure amongst the challenges that we are faced with today: ecological transition, management and the use of ressources, conservation of biodiversity and more importantly global changes and their impacts. A proof of the excellence of the training and research programs led by Biosphera: ranked 12th internationally and 1st in France for the "Agricultural Sciences" field by the Shanghai 2020 ranking.

Graduate School « Life Sciences and Health »

The "Life Sciences and Health" Graduate School (GS LSH) federates and facilitates Masters degrees, doctoral schools and research teams belonging to the Université Paris-Saclay in the fields of Biology, Bioinformatics and Medecine, with the objective of understanding the fundamental mechanisms of the Life Sciences and innovating in Biotechnologies and Medicine.
